Welcome! We are Bryce and Alaina Carlisle, a husband-and-wife team, rooted in Sunset, LA. God and family are the center of our lives. We are teaching our daughter, Hartlee, the value of family time, which led to our small business. Carlisle’s Cajun Thunder was founded by and built on a shared love for Louisiana cooking, family, gatherings, and faith

     What began in the kitchen– seasoning meals for family and friends– was shaped by the belief that food is meant to bring people together. Guided by faith, we set out to create a seasoning, rooted in tradition.

     Every blend reflects our commitment to quality, consistency, and honoring the values we live by – serving others well, and taking pride in what we put our names on.
